We offer a discount of 10% for a stay of one week or more. Sales tax of 8.4% plus lodging tax of 2% are additional. A $75 cleaning fee is also added. Minimum stay is two nights.   We accept personal checks in advance, and also Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.  A $250 refundable deposit will hold your reservation for an upcoming date.  This will also act as your damage deposit during your stay, and is refundable after you leave.
