We offer a discount of 10% for a stay of one week or more. Sales tax of 8.4% plus lodging tax of 2% are additional. A $75 cleaning fee is also added. The minimum stay is two nights. For payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and JCB credit cards, as well as personal checks in advance. A deposit of one night's rent (including taxes) will hold your reservation for an upcoming date. This deposit will be deducted from the total rental amount due for your stay.
