Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.  Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.  (This allows for all cleaning to be complete before the next guests check in.)  A $250 damage deposit is required to reserve your dates.  This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your check out, provided that no damage has occurred.  The renter agrees to take good and reasonable care of the house, its furnishings and equipment on the premises.  The renter also agrees to a non-smoking policy within the house.

Full rent is due one week before your arrival.  A check for the full amount or a charge card number will be required at that time.  If the renter should need to cancel, we ask for at least one week's notice, or the $250 damage deposit will be forfeited.

The renter agrees to be solely responsible for their own safety and well-being.  The owners will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur while the Dungeness Beach Retreat is being rented.
